These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Arrow Puzzle: Escape The Arrow (“Game” or “Application”), published by Capital Developers.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Game Description

Arrow Puzzle: Escape The Arrow is a 2D logic puzzle game where players solve puzzle boards by moving arrows along their available paths and attempting to clear the board without collisions or blocked movements.

The Game may include campaign levels, boss levels, daily challenges, achievements, hints, lives, cosmetic themes, arrow skins, advertisements, and other gameplay features.

2. Eligibility and Use

You may use the Game only in accordance with applicable laws, these Terms, and applicable platform rules.

You agree not to misuse the Game or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

3. License

Capital Developers grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal entertainment purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or any intellectual property associated with it.

4. Gameplay Progress

The Game may store gameplay information locally on your device, including:

  • Level progress

  • Stars

  • Lives

  • Hints

  • Daily challenge progress

  • Streaks

  • Achievements

  • Unlocked themes

  • Arrow skins

  • Game preferences

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and application data.

Clearing application data, uninstalling the Game, resetting the device, or certain device or operating system events may result in the loss of locally stored progress.

Capital Developers is not responsible for progress lost as a result of deletion or loss of locally stored application data where such loss is outside our reasonable control.

5. Daily Challenges

Daily challenges may be made available according to the Game's internal schedule and configuration.

Challenge availability, rewards, difficulty, streak mechanics, and related features may change as the Game evolves.

6. Lives, Hints, Stars, Themes and Other Game Items

Lives, hints, stars, achievements, themes, arrow skins, streaks, and similar items are gameplay features.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such items:

  • Have no real-world monetary value

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be transferred between users

  • Exist only for use within the Game

We may modify gameplay balancing, availability, requirements, or functionality when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the Game.

7. Advertising

The Game contains advertising and may display formats such as banner, native, interstitial, app-open, and rewarded advertisements.

Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising services.

Optional rewarded advertisements may provide an in-game benefit after the required advertising interaction has been completed.

Availability of particular advertisements is not guaranteed and may depend on factors such as region, network availability, device configuration, advertising inventory, and third-party services.

Third-party advertisements and advertised products or services are provided by their respective advertisers. Capital Developers does not control every external product, service, website, or application advertised by third parties.

8. Network Requirements

Some Game functionality may require an active internet connection, including advertising, analytics, remote configuration, update information, or other online functionality.

You are responsible for any internet or mobile data charges imposed by your network provider.

9. Network Configuration and Ad Blocking

Certain network configurations, including Private DNS or DNS-based blocking services, may interfere with online resources or advertisements used by the Game.

The Game may detect certain technical network configurations and display a notice when they appear to interfere with Game functionality.

You agree not to intentionally manipulate, interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent Game systems in a manner that violates applicable law or these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The Game may integrate third-party technologies and services for functions including:

  • Advertising

  • Analytics

  • Crash reporting

  • Remote configuration

  • Sharing functionality

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant providers.

11. Updates and Changes

We may release updates to add, modify, improve, repair, or remove Game features.

Updates may include changes to:

  • Gameplay

  • Levels

  • Difficulty

  • User interface

  • Advertising

  • Themes and cosmetics

  • Technical systems

  • Security

  • Compatibility

12. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Reverse engineer or modify the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Game systems or services

  • Distribute modified or unauthorized versions of the Game

  • Use automated tools to interfere with gameplay or services

  • Exploit vulnerabilities or technical errors

  • Intentionally disrupt the Game or associated services

13. Intellectual Property

The Game and its original content, including its software, graphics, designs, gameplay elements, user interface, sounds, branding, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Capital Developers unless otherwise stated.

Third-party trademarks, technologies, SDKs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership rights in the Game or its intellectual property.

14. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable gameplay experience but do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Features may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, network conditions, operating system changes, or other circumstances.

15. Disclaimer

The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that every feature will operate without interruption or error on every device or network configuration.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Capital Developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Privacy

Use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, processed, used, and shared through the Game and its integrated third-party services.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the Game, applicable laws, platform requirements, or our services.

The latest version will display an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Game after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Termination

We may restrict or discontinue access to all or part of the Game where reasonably necessary for legal, security, technical, policy, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
